Nose to Tail Pork Box

We passionately believe in the common sense approach of eating nose to tail, not only does it just make sense to utilise every cut and waste less, but it also means you get to try cuts that are a little less ordinary and definitely delicious.

We have curated a selection of delicious cuts of our slowly reared Native Breed pork, including a roasting joint, quick-cooking cuts, everyone’s favourite bacon and some nutrient-rich offal.

The Nose to Tail Pork Meat Box includes:

• 2 Native Breed Pigs Cheeks 
• 2 Native Breed Pork Steaks
• 200g Unsmoked Native Breed Streaky Bacon
• 6 Natural Plain Pork Sausages
• 1kg Leg of Native Breed Pork
• 500g Native Breed Pigs Liver
• 500g Native Breed Pork Mince
• 500g Native Breed Pigs Skin

Your meat will arrive fresh or frozen.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
